Gear lubrication system with grease.
LU S: Drive with 1 motor, (pinion-rack) for each axis. Simultaneous positioning head.
LU C: Drive with 2 motors, (double pinion-rack) for each axis. Head for positioning and machining in 5 axes, continuous.
High accuracy in positioning and repeatability.
Positioning with resolution 0.001º on each of the rotational planes.
Blockage by high performance Kostyrka hydraulic brake.
Reading of position by direct absolute encoders on the rotation axis in each of the axes.
Positioning accuracy ±5”.
Rotation speed:
- 6,000 rpm (6,000 rpm on S1) with ceramic bearings. Gears automatically bathed in grease.
Cooling of the head sections.
