Travelling column, Bed Type milling machines
Highly versatile model, with a compact, robust design. Enables the machining of long parts with practically no limitations due to the weight of the part as it is the carriage-column assembly that makes the longitudinal movement.

In addition to the characteristics of the model CM-CL, it incorporates an integrated rotary table with a high load capacity for specific jobs.
Milling machine with longitudinal movement of the column, and, consequently, of the head and tool. The movement is along its own longitudinal axis guided on a robust bed allowing multiple configurations for securing the parts.
The independence of the fixings or tables of the bed and its “column-carriage-ram” assembly enables parts with different shapes and dimensions to be positioned, thus creating various types of machines.

Milling machines with moving column, independent of the part's location and fixings
The universal nature of this milling machine makes it possible to define machines for different applications with the main movement guided on a robust bed, with multiple configurations for securing the parts. The independence of the fixings or tables of the bed and its “column-carriage” assembly enables parts with different shapes and dimensions to be located, thus creating various types of machine.

Milling machine with transverse movement of the column, V axis, parallel to the ram movement, Y axis, and with a rotating table.
The movement of the column enables large parts to be turned and the machining with the ram positioned not very far from the column, for high-precision machining.

The TM milling machine is the smartest solution for machining on 5 faces of parts with a wide range of shapes, surfaces to machine and complicated access. It combines the Y and V axes.

Head with two main sections at 45º, with a rigid construction and the rotation of the tool coinciding with the plane of the drive kinematics.
The rotation of both sections is automatic and, depending on the positioning system, they are classed in two versions:
– Rotation by the main motor and blockage by a Hirth joint
– Motorised rotation and blockage by hydraulic brake
LU A Automatic universal head
Automatic head with high positioning accuracy due to the Hirth joint.
Gear lubrication system with grease.
LU S/C Motorised automatic universal head
Automatic head with high positioning accuracy due to motorised rotation.
Gear lubrication system with grease.
Head with two main sections at 90º, thus allowing very precise head positioning at any angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of the machine (front angles).
The rotation of both sections is automatic by means of motorised rotation and hydraulic brake locking.

Motorised rotation and positioning with hydraulic brake every 0.001º in both bodies.
Simultaneous positioning. Rotation range of the orthogonal body: +15° to -195°.

Rotating movements by means of individual HARMONIC DRIVE motors and pinion-crown gear transmission.

Motorised rotation and positioning with hydraulic brake every 0.001º in both bodies.
Simultaneous positioning. Rotation range of the orthogonal body: +15° to -195°.
Prepared for automatic changeover with quick connection of electrical and hydraulic elements.
ORTHOGONAL head with continuous rotation and simultaneous millesimal positioning of the two bodies.
In addition to the same virtues of the ‘LO S’ head, it allows the automatic change of heads, providing the machine models with the option of automatic head change with the possibility of incorporating a millesimal positioning head with high positioning speed.
Heads for frontal jobs and boring machining.
Depending on the accessibility of the machining site of the part, they can be divided into the following versions:
