Multifunctional milling machine with a robust design.
- Bed with strong reinforcement ribs on the inside every 500 mm, after a finite-element study. It has a load capacity of 6,000 kg/m².
- Column guided by the carriage on the X axis that moves on the bed-table, with two linear guide tracks at the front and support from 6 sliders with roller recirculation at the rear. The movement is made with a double rack and pinion.
- It has multiple possibilities for machining very diverse parts, and is ideal for work in pendular mode for mass machining with the Non-Stop system with two different areas of machining.
Comfort, design adapted to the user.
- Machine accessibility. Operator cab fixed to the column to control the machining, with possibility of control from the front by:
- Movement of the numeric control with hanging arm.
- Double control panel in cab and at front of machine.
- Ergonomic operator-friendly design, at the same time providing good visibility of the work area.
