The universal nature of this milling machine makes it possible to define machines for different applications with the main movement guided on a robust bed, with multiple configurations for securing the parts. The independence of the fixings or tables of the bed and its “column-carriage” assembly enables parts with different shapes and dimensions to be located, thus creating various types of machine.

- Bed with strong reinforcement ribs on the inside, after a finite-element study.
- The carriage (X axis), with the column (Y and Z axes), moves over the bed with two linear guide tracks and a support with 2 sliders with roller recirculation at the centre. The movement is made with a double rack and pinion.
- Designed for machining large parts:
- Possibility of machining long lengths due to the double rack and pinion drive along the X axis.
- Possibility of machining parts with large dimensions and/or weight as its working movements are independent of the location of the parts to be machined.
Comfort, design adapted to the user.
- Machine accessibility. Operator cab fixed to the column or with vertical movement to control the machining, with possibility of control from the front with a double control panel in the cab and at the front of the machine.
