- The idea is to configure various movements of relatively short traverses, so that by combining these movements the precision quality is maintained and, in addition, the parts, especially large volumes, and medium high loads can be handled on a robust, precise rotary table.
- Bed with a wide design, with strong reinforcement ribs on the inside, for high stability during machining.
- Guides with long sliders and good distance between them for high load capacity on the rotary table. Size of guides and number of sliders correctly distributed for the longitudinal movement of the rotary plate.
- Rotary plate on an axial bearing of high load capacity cylindrical rollers combined with two radial needle roller bearings at the centre of the plate:
- TM: 1,500 mm x 1,500 mm with load capacity of 10 Tn.
- TL: 1,800 mm x 1,800 mm with load capacity of 15 Tn.
